Liz is a ROCKSTAR. As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what to expect during this process. I asked a lot of questions. Liz was patient, and willing to answer them all. I really appreciate how responsive she was. She was excellent about responding to text messages and emails, even during her family vacation. During home tours, she gave honest, candid feedback about the pros and cons of each house. She pointed out issues that I would never have recognized on my own. After touring several homes, I told her that I was ready to make an offer on a particular house. We set a time to meet at her office, and she started getting the documents ready. Then, at the last minute, I changed my mind, and said I wanted to tour a few more places. Liz said no problem! She genuinely wanted me to find the perfect place, and to be comfortable with any offer I decided to make. We ultimately submitted an offer on a different home, and Liz expertly helped me through the negotiations. Later, on the day of closing, she personally went to the house to verify that a specific repair had been completed. All of that is to say that Liz goes above and beyond. I cannot recommend her enough.

You ever meet someone so amazing, understanding, caring, empathetic; a person that that you become a better person just from meeting them? Well if not, I encourage you to meet Liz. We were hesitant on reaching out to a realtor for our first time home buying process; I mean we all know they work for commission right? I was given Liz's information from a family friend who would do anything right for us, and he did it again. He introduced to Liz, who is now a family friend of ours. Not once was Liz pushy, not once was she ever not there for a text or call. When our first house fell through, it was Liz who kept positive and got us back on the market, never leaving our corner.
